August 22- September 26, 2016

(except for statutory holidays)

Time: 10 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

Lunch break

1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

How: Drop in only. A sign-up sheet will be available at 9am the day of the tax clinic. You can sign up and come back for your appointment. Appointments are 1/2 hour for one person and 1 hour for couple.

No phone appointments will be taken.

PLEASE BRING: Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue for previous tax year,

T4's, T5's or T5007,

Universal Child Tax Benefit information,

all information you received from the Government

Tax deduction receipts

Income for one year can not exceed: One Person $30,000

Couple $40,000

Single Parent $35,000

& for each child $2,500 (for example couple with 3 children, $47,500)

Anne is unable to do Tax Returns for a deceased person, Rental Income, Small Business Income, Bankrupt or if you receive more than $1,000 interest income.
